Getting in shape for the beach season

Dear Reader,

now that the summer is almost here, we all aim to look super on the beach. The winter flab around the middle is a nuisance in that respect.

Here the best tips to get rid of it.

Bear in mind, that it is not really possible to lose weight in any particular part of the body, so aim number one, if you want to show a six pack on the beach, is to lose the fat above the abdominal muscles.

The best way to lose weight is to eat less and do more. It also matters a lot, when you eat. Not to eat after 5 pm makes all the difference but is not very social. Try to eat hight protein and low carb meals in them evening.

With regards to your exercise programm, you really need to get out of your comfort zone to improve.
